Hello everyone...
Sorry I haven't posted in a long time. We had a MAJOR wind storm here early yesterday morning. There are TONS of people without power. We just happen to be one of the lucky ones. So that's why I haven't updated. We have a generator so we are staying warm, but that is about it. Only have the computer on to pay quick bills. That is why I haven't updated. As soon as the power comes back on...estimated time is late Wed night (ugh!!!) I will be back up and running with more of my long posts.
I will be back soon, didn't want you all to think I left and wasn't coming back.

I found your blog through McKmama's. I read through some of your posts & am amazed with how much strength and courage you show! It really is amazing!

well it was 70 degrees here today....sorry I have to rub that in because this is my first winter in the "south" in several years...I DO NOT miss the wind and snow and cold and power outages....hope all gets better soon!

I feel so bad for you! Two years ago, that happened to us here, only it was an ice storm, we had to stay with my MIL for a week! Look forward to hearing from you again. Happy New Year!
That bad boy went through vt and nh not too long ago. Thinking of you as you try to stay warm and go back to the "good old days" of functioning without power!
hopefully you get power back soon! we're in holly, not far south from you and, thankfully, we didn't lose power this weekend - although we thought, with that tremendous wind, that the roof was going to blow off the house a couple of times! hang in there!
Came across your blog.....surely not by accident.....and just wanted to tell you that you are an amazing woman with such strength and courage. I do not know why God allows things to happen, but I do trust that He has a reason and a purpose for all things.....and I believe that God has great plans for you and your life.

I saw that on the news and was going to e-mail you and ask if anything happened to you. I am glad you can keep warm.
At my house the snow plow took out our mail box. I am glad my husband went home when he did or who knows when we would get mail again.

I hate it when the power is out!! Ugh! I hope things get up and running for you soon :)
