So far so good

It's been 4 whole days since our new healthy lifestyle began. If I say so myself, we have done alright in the eating department. Working out, well we need to work on that a little more. But to be fair to us H has an inflamed sternum, and isn't really supposed to get his heart rate up too much. Now I suppose I could work out by myself, but this is supposed to be a joint effort right? Well in my book that means if he doesn't work out neither should I. I know bad excuse. Seriously though, if he isn't better by next week, he is getting left behind and I'm hitting the sidewalks without him.

On Tuesday I made the best chicken couscous salad for dinner. I was shocked it was so good. It was even better eating it the next day for lunch. We have also been eating a ton more fruit. That makes me really happy because I love fruit. I did hit a little snag last night. I went into the freezer to get some veggies out and there staring in my face was a chocolate/vanilla swirl pudding pop. OMG!!! I forgot I had those in the freezer. So needless to say I had to eat just one of them. And really how bad can those really be for you? I did awesome today, even woke up early enough to eat breakfast before work. Then I got running late at work, so we had to get Taco Bell for dinner. I was kind of upset with myself after eating it. It did make me feel a little guilty. But I guess 2 little bumps in the road is almost 5 days isn't that bad. Tomorrow is a new day and I will be good again.

Next week I'm trying out some more new meals and also starting to hit the in home gym. I really do want to get into shape.

On the TTC front. I'm on CD13, and I should ovulate within the next day or so. I took an OPK tonight and it was almost +, so I'm assuming I should O sometime tomorrow. Then we will have to BD and then off to the dr. I go for the postcoital test. Again, please keep your fingers crossed that this test comes out good as well.
