Today I made the appointment I never really thought I'd have to make. The very first test they do to see if there are any problems to perhaps tell me why I may not have gotten pregnant during the last many months of trying.
This is the HSG test. From what I know of it it is like a jacked up pap smear. (sounds fun)The Dr. will be looking to see if my tubes are blocked, my uterus, and to see if there is any scar tissue or anything else inside that maybe preventing me from getting pregnant.
I'm not so much worried about the pain but I'm scared as all hell to get the results. But then again I suppose that is normal. (right?)
So on Thursday I go for a urine test just to make sure I'm not pregnant. Even though I know I'm not I still have to go. Then my test is at 8:45 Friday morning.
From what I hear there is a chance of increased fertility after having this done because the dye clears out the tubes a bit. I hope this is the case and it does the trick.
I will keep everyone updated on the results. Please keep your fingers and everything else crossed for me.

Good luck Jenny! I know your scared but hopefully you wont have any bad news & you wont feel a thing. I have my fingers & toes crossed for you. Hopefully the hsg will push out any gunk you may have and then you will be KU this C! I sure hope so.
